Fiona Ellis

Fiona has over 20 years experience in change consulting in global organisations and in UK public sector , both government and health.

Her change consulting has included working with stakeholder engagement, developing change champions, culture change, transition, and developing leadership capacity for change.

She is passionate about the need for leaders to address sustainability and climate change in an integrated way throughout their organisation, and can bring her extensive experience of change across complex organisations.

She has undertaken research into effective leadership and change strategies around low carbon strategies and is a member of the 2degreesnetwork.

She has an MSc Change Agent: Skills and Strategies from Surrey University in UK. Fiona also continues to work with Bath Consultancy Group designing and delivering leadership development and developing change capacity.
